Happy New Year!

2012 is shaping to be one of the most important years in VRS!

Technology is making all the devices and software more accessible and more full-featured.

VRS is leveling the playing field in communications for deaf and hard of hearing people everywhere.

But…there are ominous developments that could slow down or even degrade some of who we have experienced such as the current NPRM being on the table by the FCC.

We must be sure that progress continues forward..not taking one step forward and two steps backwards.

All this can be done if we all work together…both consumers and the industry.

The bottom line…it is for the consumers who use the service!
